Public School Districts, Public Charter Schools, County Office of Education, joint powers authorities, and the Division of State Special Schools in the State Department of Education.

Year 1 (2016-17) vehicles must be delivered by February 1, 2020.
Year 2 Projects (2017-18) agreements went to schools in Spring 2019.
Year 3 Projects (2018-19) will be selected in Summer of 2019.
