Public Workshop Notice: Cap-and-Trade Auction Proceeds Fifth Triennial Investment Plan

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a public workshop on the Cap-and-Trade Auction Proceeds Fifth Triennial Investment Plan (Investment Plan). The Investment Plan is a document that provides guidance to the Legislature regarding the investment of Cap‑and-Trade auction proceeds. CARB staff are launching the process to develop the Investment Plan for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2027-28, and we want to hear from you!

At this workshop, you can ask questions, share your input on how funding should be prioritized to meet environmental, health, economic, and other needs in your community, and learn more about the Investment Plan.

This virtual workshop will be held February 15, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

To participate in the workshop, please register at the link below before February 15, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information to join the webinar either through a computer, digital device, or via phone line.
