What does it fund?

Administration of Access Clean California, a multi-faceted outreach effort that helps streamline access to California Climate Investments' consumer-facing, equity-focused clean transportation and clean energy incentive programs for low-income and disadvantaged communities. This program also helps to coordinate related outreach efforts across the state, provide technical assistance and capacity building for community-based organizations, and supports continued implementation of CARB’s SB 350 Barriers Study Priority Recommendations and Outreach Strategic Roadmap.

Access Clean California provides resources to nonprofits, community-based organizations, and similar organizations to help families in low-income and disadvantaged communities learn about, apply for, and participate in clean transportation and clean energy incentive programs.
