What does it fund?

Creation of new or expanded capacity of small-scale composting programs in green spaces within disadvantaged and low-income communities. Green spaces may include community gardens, urban farms, and other public spaces where small-scale composting is appropriate.

Who is eligible for funds?

Nonprofit organizations, for-profit entities, and qualifying tribal governments.
