California Strategic Growth Council (SGC)

What does it fund?

Protection of critical agricultural lands at risk of conversion to more GHG-intensive residential uses through conservation easements and development of Agricultural Conservation Plans.

Who is eligible for funds?

Easement funding available to local and regional agencies and nonprofits. Strategy and Outcome grants available to local agencies in collaboration with other organizations, such as land trusts and open space districts.
