What does it fund?

 21 Orphan Sites is a part of the Cleanup in Vulnerable Communities Initiative. It provides funding to accelerate cleanups at existing orphan sites. Hazardous substances release sites or properties without financially viable responsible parties are known as Orphan Sites.
